Light of Mind practitioner Stevie is a giant hug of a human. He is an insightful, energetic, and sensitive being who feels passionately about supporting people to tap into their innate potential which he believes can be unlocked with people start to understand themselves and their story. Stevie offers the following at Light of Mind:
- 1:1 mentor/coach
- Group workshop facilitator
- Trainer
- Keynote speaker
As a former professional rugby player, in one of the most successful teams in Super League history, Stevie became the youngest grand final winner ever, winning three in total and 2 Challenge Cups, and was named captain at just 26. His rugby career wasn’t all highs, he endured ten operations and several mental health struggles. This adversity inspired him to launch Mantality in 2016 to promote mental health for men through counselling, life-coaching services, and a stigma-breaking podcast. His special interest is to come along side those who need support and encouragement to connect to their vulnerability and openly express themselves.
He and Mary met in 2022 when Stevie invited Mary to be a guest on his podcast Mantality. They both felt the synergy straight away and began generating ideas for they could use Stevie’s energy and experience to develop and diversify the offer at Light of Mind. Their shared vision was to broaden people’s ideas of what ‘winning’ in life means. Using his lived experience and creative approaches Stevie has a unique way of facilitating spaces for people to explore their innate wellbeing and authenticity.
As a LOM practitioner Stevie offers an experiential interactive workshop to guide people to their authenticity. The workshop uses individual and team exercises to encourage participants to gain their own insights into what it means to ‘win’ in the ‘game’ of life.
