Group follow up programmes

To truly embed the psychological principles of wellbeing into the culture of your business you can sign up to a 3, 6 or 12 month follow-up programme.

All follow-up programmes aim to offer time and space for further reflections, explorations and insights based in the themes shared in the EO event.

Tune in teams 3

Recommended for teams who want to opportunity to clarify how the themes shared at the EO event apply to their team. Teams will find they deepen and expand on their communication skills with one another and develop their ability to care for their psychological needs, which will inevitably improve their performance at work.

Programme includes:

  • Monthly sessions 3 months. Sessions last for up to 60 minutes.
  • Unlimited spaces in these sessions for any staff member who has attended the main event (Minimum number of 8 attendees)
  • 1:1 show coaching in session
  • Option of call out / text support in case of appropriate 'crisis'

Tune in teams 6

Recommended for teams who wish to deeply embed the psychological principles of well-being into the culture of the team/company. For teams who hold staff wellbeing at the heart of their business and who understand the importance of accessing resilience in its work force.

Programme includes:

  • All of above plus
  • Monthly sessions over 6 month period. Sessions last for up to 60 minutes.
  • Unlimited spaces in these sessions for any staff member who has attended the main event (Minimum number of 8 attendees)
  • Establishment of a closed Facebook group where teams can connect and converse, weekly resources are posted and additional monthly Facebook live sessions are offered
  • Half day workshop after 3 months to top up current participants and induct any new employees who missed the initial main event

Tune in team 12

This package is for any team who wants to ensure that wellbeing and resilience is a well-established and secure part of the culture and ongoing growth of the organisation. This is for teams who want to hand over the leadership of the wellbeing agenda to an expert in the field whose aim is to keep wellbeing an ever present part of the agenda.

Programme includes:

  • All of above plus
  • A year’s worth of monthly session
  • A full day 'mini' main EO event for all staff half way through the year
  • Up to 6 1:1 coaching sessions for allocated individuals
