Spotlight sessions

The spotlight sessions are 75-minute sessions, where you commit to one sessions at a time. You meet with your practitioner and then decide, at the end, if you want to book in again at a time to suit you both. These might be a good option for you if:

  • You are new to therapy and want to experience a session before committing to a 6- or 12-week programme.
  • You are uncomfortable with the idea of the programmes
  • You want some follow up following the completion of a programme

In these sessions you will be able to bring any ‘wobbles’, questions, sticking points you are experiencing. The sessions will shine a spotlight on both the problem and the location of the solution, you will feel listened to and supported. You will also leave with suggestions from your practitioner for a direction to look in, moving forwards.

Lise has a gift of being able to listen and absorb so much more than what is verbally communicated and provide deep insights that are hugely beneficial. These insights and guidance have repeatedly unlocked stuck parts of me and have been transformational for my life.

Working with Cath has helped me in so many ways, especially in finding a new way (…) to actually bring me into my body and feel grounded and connected with myself (which has been incredibly important and transformative for me, as somebody who usually spends all of my time in my head!)

Mary worked with my 7-year-old daughter who was petrified of going out after witnessing a dog attack. Mary literally spent 30 minutes with my daughter and to my amazement my daughter was calm and happy to be in the presence of dogs again! I would highly recommend her to anyone who has a phobia or fear.
