This is 1 or 2 day programme offers your staff group time to Breathe and experience their wellbeing whilst simultaneously teaching the principles behind mental health.

We offer an experience of wellbeing and an understanding of what might be stopping some people from finding peace in their current wellbeing practices.

Your staff group will enjoy a fun, entertaining interactive day full of wellbeing exercises and they will leave with a 'road map' to follow that will allow them to keep up the practices at home.

The day includes:

  • Team building exercises.
  • Psycho education about the nervous system
  • Group guided imagination activation exercises and relaxation.
  • A collection of short well-being practices
