We offer face to face sessions from three different venues:
- Meraki in Elland
- The Yoga Den in Buxton
- We are Wellness in Leeds
Virtual sessions are also available with all of our practitioners.
Discovery Calls
At Light of Mind we know that reaching out for support can be challenging and daunting, please be assured you will be greeted with a warm and prompt response. The first stage when we receive an enquiry is to organise a discovery call. This is a 15 minute video call where we will discuss with you the reasons for you getting in touch and how Light of Mind might be able to be of service to you.
