Creative arts community spaces

Providing understanding and resources to ensure the psychological safety of artists as they go through the creative process.

Natalie has enjoyed many years as a professional dance artist. She deeply understands the vulnerable and sometimes taxing nature of the creative process. She has experienced projects that have empowered her sense of self and others that have left her emotionally exhausted. Her passion now, as a Light of Mind practitioner, is to return to those artistic spaces she once inhabited as a performer and provide holistic wellbeing support. She focuses on providing understanding and resources to ensure the psychological safety of artists as they go through the creative process. Many creative projects, theatre companies and art organisations are including Light of Mind’s wellbeing support within their funding budgets and applications. In doing so they are working towards safer, more inclusive, and fulfilling creative spaces that prioritizes the mental health of their artists.
